The NAV CANADA Training and Conference Centre has exactly the space, equipment and services your group needs. From dedicated conference and meeting rooms to private dining areas and continuous refreshment service, the Centre enables you to plan and deliver a successful event.
The Centre assigns a dedicated planner to each conference, who will work with your group to identify appropriate facilities and services. With 70 meeting rooms and dozens of layout options, along with a full range of audio-visual equipment and menus to choose from, our planners have the experience and knowledge you need to stage a productive, engaging conference.
The NAV CANADA Training and Conference Centre offers:
- 50,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space
- 70 state-of-the-art, intelligent meeting rooms
- A large (9,800 square feet) flexible space for exhibitions and meetings
- A 250-seat lecture hall equipped with translation booths
- Computer labs for up to 24 users
- Complimentary on-site parking
Meeting rooms are available around the clock and include:
- Telephone and high-speed Internet connections
- Television, DVD and VCR
- Ergonomic chairs
- Wide (30" x60") tables with non-reflective surfaces
- Flip charts
- Podium, microphone and PA system
- Individual temperature and lighting controls
- Wall surfaces suitable for the display of flip-chart sheets.
- Acoustic insulation to eliminate exterior noise
Along with banquet rooms that can accommodate up to 500 guests, the Centre also boasts multiple dining rooms, a pub and tuck shop.
